We will transform your idea and begin creating it. Everything will be laid out so you know EXACTLY what you are getting with no surprises. We will include a variety of valuable information to help you understand what your event will look like. Oftentimes, our clients want to see a few options to choose from, giving them the flexibility to make an informed choice.
In the quote presentation phase, the VEP Team will take time to explain everything in the quote(s) so you understand how they align with your goals and ultimately add value to your event vision.
