This is the very first step to start the process of building the amazing relation with your event production company. Whether it’s through email, phone, or our Contact Page on our website, we will make sure we are there to help you build your vision for your event. We will then schedule our initial consultation meeting with you.
While we love meeting face-to-face to understand your event needs, we understand that your time is valuable, so we make meetings easy on you. It all starts with a discovery meeting where we listen to find out your goals for your event, your vision for how your event should look and feel, and what your budget is. We will spend quality time with you brainstorming ideas, your goals, of how we can make this dream of an event come alive. While technology makes it easier for us to serve you wherever you are, when these meetings happen at our office, it’s an even more thorough experience. We are able to share photos, laughs, and our experience in a way that is unlike anything else. After your discovery meeting we design your quote.
Design & Quote
We will take your idea and start creating it. Everything will be laid out so you know EXACTLY what you are getting with no surprises. We will include photos, videos, and other visual aids to help you understand what your event will look like. Often times, our clients want to see a few options that they can choose from and that gives them the flexibility to make an informed choice.
In the quote presentation phase, the VEP Team will be taking time to explain everything in the quote(s) so you understand how they align with your goals and ultimately fit your vision for your event.
Often times, it’s this step alone that sets us apart from our competitors. Instead of just throwing numbers and fancy event lingo at you, we take the time to explain the importance of each item, and how it can improve your event, or how you can live without it in favor of another item that ranks higher in your priority list.
