Coming together for an event is about people. Simply put, we care. We want you and your guests to look and feel good.
Our well developed process leads to better execution and higher client satisfaction through transparent quoting, set priorities and asking the right questions.
When you are putting on a virtual event you are making an investment. We are humbled, grateful, and do not take that lightly.
How VEP Produces a Virtual Event
- Scope and quote. We ask what the event has to achieve, who is watching and what has to happen on screen. You get a written quote against that scope.
- Design and build. Set design, graphics package and run of show. Pre recorded segments are filmed and cut here, so nothing critical rides on a live take.
- Rehearsal. Speakers walk the show on the real setup. Most problems in virtual events are speaker problems, and rehearsal is where they surface.
- Show day. A crew runs the stream, a producer runs the floor and a director calls the show. You watch your event instead of operating it.
Where Your Virtual Event Gets Produced
- In the VEP studio. Speakers present from a built set in San Leandro with full lighting, sound and a green room.
- At your venue. We build the set and the stream where your event already is.
- Fully remote. Speakers join from anywhere and we assemble the show around them.

They are incredibly responsive and answered all texts, emails, and calls almost immediately. Whenever I wanted to do a video conference to look at the graphics they put together or see how things were coming along, they made time for me. Our event was 2hrs long and included an Exec montage welcome video, mixology, live magician, and a DJ.
Not only did they do amazing work with the editing, graphics, music, but they also provided me with different MC, DJ, etc contacts. I would 100% work with the incredible Verducci team again and look forward to having them host a summit for us in the near future.
