DJ Pierre’s journey began in the 1990s, sparked by his passion for DJing as he observed his brother and friends practicing their skills at a friend’s house. Despite lacking proper equipment at the time, DJ Pierre made the most of a 2-tape deck radio to play tapes, where he would mimic the radio DJs he admired, honing his craft and studying the likes of the Beat Junkies.
In 2001, DJ Pierre’s career took flight when he acquired his first set of Technics 1200 turntables. He swiftly joined a local DJ crew in the Bay Area, entertaining crowds at Sacramento nightclubs and exploring opportunities in Pirate internet radio and mobile DJing.
Balancing family life and a career as a Senior Systems Analyst from 2008 to 2020, DJ Pierre remained dedicated to honing his skills, with a particular focus on perfecting his scratching techniques. Pierre fell in love with the art of turntablism, adding to the creativity of his mixing style.
During the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown, DJ Pierre showcased his talents through Twitch live streams, where he mastered mixing, scratching, party rocking, and MCing.
Recognizing the ever-evolving landscape of DJing, DJ Pierre reentered the private event circuit, where he consistently delivers exceptional DJing and MC services. Today, DJ Pierre is in high demand, known not only for his impeccable DJ skills but also for his excellent customer service and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in managing his DJ setup and coordinating event timelines. He is frequently hired by big corporate clients and remains busy with weddings and special events.

We loved that we were able to connect before the wedding and get to know each other and the kind of vibe/music we wanted. The day of our wedding, everything was set up on time and ran so smoothly!
