Formed and fronted in 2004, Chris Vargas is a Bay Area Based DJ/MC breaking ground in the Event Space with a fresh and modern take on mixing music in the multicultural Wedding & Corporate scene.
Born and raised in San Jose, California, Chris Vargas was surrounded by the music industry growing up. Joining Mexican Grupos starting at the age of 18, the stage became no stranger to him. Sharing the stage with mainstream artists with the likes of Marca MP, Calibre 50, Alacranes Musical, Pancho Barraza, the music industry has led him to have the knowledge and experience to curate the type of event you need.
He has established his presence in the Event space all around California, successfully starting and running a multi-op in the wedding industry in Norcal 10 years. Extending his performances to 12 different states from the West coast to the east coast, his network has expanded by working with some of the most talented creatives in the game. It’s the Latin touch that gives all the flavor to the style Chris Vargas delivers. Catering to those who are looking for a fusion of styles of music for their event. We had such an amazing time with Chris and Jacquie at our wedding! The music was exactly what we talked about during our meetings while planning. He was great making announcements and helping our evening to move along. The music was fun and everyone was dancing at the end of the night.
