An AV Masterpiece : Santa Clara University’s Spring Concert
This past spring, Santa Clara University proudly hosted a concert featuring the music of Pink Sweats. Our expert event planning team behind this highly anticipated occasion was meticulous in ensuring that every aspect of the concert at Santa Clara University was perfect! We reviewed all of the details from stage design, lighting, AV, festival sound and more!
Crafting the Perfect Stage: Design and Atmosphere
Drawing inspiration from our largest corporate set ups and the large festival stages, our team has crafted a towable stage design that harmonizes with Pink Sweats’ aesthetic. The main platform was 32×16 and included a large area for equipment and stage performance with full truss! Our lights reflected the vibrant colors and energy of the students in attendance. Our full lighting production included 20 moving heads to wash the completely mobile stage and large crowd! These stage lights brought good energy and of course were mostly the color pink! We created a dynamic visual landscape that evolved with each song performed by Pink Sweats. Not to mention our team also provided all of the back line audio for Pink Sweats and the school Band!
Technical Precision and Artistry
Our sound engineers meticulously calibrated the audio setup to ensure that every song from Pink Sweats was heard loud and clear! Lighting technicians added mesmerizing sequences that complemented the group’s performance, transforming the stage into a canvas of light which leveled up the show. We brought with us Shure Axient Microphones, D&B audiotechnic speakers, rigging and more to elevate the technical capabilities for this showcase.
What’s Next?
The students and staff who gathered on campus for this event had a contagious energy and the excitement for such a grand event was inspiring! As we reflect on the success of this spring concert at Santa Clara University, we are inspired to create more large scale events in the future. Looking ahead, we remain committed to upholding the standard of hosting exceptional events for our community!
