With a sprawling 60,000 square feet to transform and a newly appointed CEO to impress, the company sought an unforgettable event to allow 2,000 of their customers and associates to network and unwind. The event, dubbed "Aveva World After Dark," aimed to create an atmosphere where high-end production and immersive experiences were paramount.

Initially, Aveva had an Oktoberfest theme in mind, but with our input, the concept evolved into a more sophisticated club-like experience. Our initial consultations included site visits, projection mapping tests, and a 3D CAD visual, allowing the client to grasp and visualize the proposed ambiance.

Our meticulous approach began with in-depth discussions on scope, vision, and budget, followed by a streamlined plan of the envisaged concept. Regular weekly meetings were scheduled, and we used Asana for project management to stay on top of every detail, including equipment and delivery planning.
Day of The Event
Despite numerous last-minute changes, a dead scissor lift, and layout adjustments, the event unfolded flawlessly. A standout memory was witnessing the karaoke room come to life with a costumed attendee singing a spirited rendition of “Highway to the Danger Zone.” Everyone was clearly having fun!
